Data we collect

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

When you book a call, Calendly collects the information you enter: name, email and your answers to its questions (profession, years in practice, city, optional phone number).

When you write to us, we keep your email address and your messages.

We collect no health data on this site.

Purposes

To organise and hold discovery calls, understand psychologists' needs, and keep you informed about the project if you asked us to.

Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in conducting research interviews. Your data is never sold.

Recipients and processors

Calendly LLC (scheduling), Zoho Corporation (email, EU servers), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Your contact details and interview notes are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, or request a copy of your data by writing to [email protected].

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
